Hotel Information:

You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations. Performance Associates has reserved a block of rooms for the seminar at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. In order to obtain Performance Associates' special group rate of $188 per night, you must make your reservations early. Be sure to inform the hotel reservationist that you will be attending the Performance Associates seminar. The reservation number for the Crowne Plaza Hotel is 703-471-6700.

Cancellation Liability:

In the event of a cancellation of an event for any reason, PAI 's liability is limited to the return of the registration fee only. PAI will not reimburse registrants for any travel or hotel cancellation fees or penalties.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received by PAI prior to April 14th, 2008 are subject to a 10% service charge. Cancellations received after that date are not eligible for a refund.
